General Conditions

Deposit Requirements: A deposit of $250.00 in US funds is due by December 1, 2009 to secure accommodations. An additional payment of $750.00 is due by February 4, 2010. The balance (in US funds) is due 75 days prior to departure (March 24, 2010). Payment can be made by personal check or money order. Credit card payments will only be accepted for the full price of the cruise fare at the time of booking. Reservations received after December 1, 2009 may incur additional charges due to supplier contract terms.

Cancellations and Refunds: If a passenger cancels his or her cruise reservation there will be a cancellation fee of ninety-five dollars ($95) per person to cover administrative and communication costs up until 90 days before departure. For cancellations within 90-76 days before departure the cancellation fee will be $495. There will be no refund for cancellations within 75 days of departure, no-shows or partially completed cruises. All cancellation requests must be addressed to Templeton Tours in writing. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Identification: US citizens are required to present a government-issued photo I.D. which includes a passport or a valid driver’s license with a photo. Citizens of countries other than the US should contact their respective embassies or US Immigrations for applicable regulations. Children under 18 years of age traveling without both parents must bring a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent(s), giving permission for them to leave the country with a specified adult guardian.

Embarkation: The Pride of America sails from Honolulu, Hawaii at 8:00PM on Saturday, June 5, 2010. Embarkation begins at 1:00PM. You must be on board no later than 2 hours before sailing.

Disembarkation: The Pride of America returns to Honolulu, Hawaii at 7:00AM on Saturday, June 12, 2010. Allow 1-2 hours for disembarkation, customs and immigration formalities.

Passage Contract: The attention of the passengers is specifically directed to the conditions of transportation set forth in the passage contract of the ticket of Norwegian Cruise Lines General Sales Agents and Operators.

Accommodations: Prices are based on two full-paying passengers per cabin. Single cabins are available at two times the published rate. Tour participants without a roommate will have to pay the single supplement if Templeton Tours cannot find a roommate for you. Third and Fourth passengers in a penthouse with two full-paying passengers pay $1625.00 each. Third passengers in a category BB, BC, or BE cabin with two full-paying passengers pay $1575.00 each. Third and Fourth passengers in a category CC or EE cabin with two full-paying passengers pay $1475.00 each. Third and Fourth passengers in a category I cabin with two full-paying passengers pay $1425.00 each.
Fare Inclusive: Your cruise rate includes ocean transportation, accommodations in the category of your choice, meals onboard ship, Pearl Harbor tour on June 5, 2010, and transfer to the Honolulu pier on June 5, 2010.

Cruise Ship Baggage Allowance: Two medium size suitcases (max. 50 lbs each) plus one carry-on bag per person and a small item such as a briefcase or purse.

Not Included: Airfare from your home city to Honolulu. Tips and port charges of $195.00 per person will be included on your statement from Templeton Tours. Lunch in Honolulu on June 5th, and lunch in Honolulu on June 12th are not included.

Disabilities: Any physical disability or medical condition that requires special treatment or attention must be reported to Templeton Tours Inc. when the reservation is made. Templeton Tours, Inc. and Norwegian Cruise Lines have the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in its judgment, is in a physical or mental condition unfit for travel or who may require care beyond that which Templeton Tours, Inc. or Norwegian Cruise Lines can provide. Norwegian Cruise Lines also reserves the right to deny participation in certain activities based on past or present medical conditions. All passengers with disabilities must be self-sufficient and should travel with a passenger who will provide any assistance needed during the cruise or in the event of an emergency. Passengers who use a wheelchair must provide their own small, collapsible type and may find certain areas of the ship inaccessible. There are a limited number of wheelchair accessible staterooms that can only be requested at the time of booking.

Price Changes: Tour conditions and cruise fares are based on cruise fares in effect at the date of and during the tour. All rates are quoted in US dollars and are based on tariffs and costs in effect as of July, 2009. Fuel surcharges are not currently in effect. Templeton Tours reserves the right to pass along any fuel surcharges implemented by the cruise line.

Registry: Pride of America is registered in the USA.

Responsibility: Norwegian Cruise Lines and Templeton Tours Inc. expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising out of the acts or negligence of any air carrier, hotel, or any other person rendering any of the services offered in addition to the ship’s cruise and shall not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car or motorcoach arrivals nor for loss or damage to baggage, automobiles or other property of the passenger occurring off the vessel. Norwegian Cruise Lines and Templeton Tours, Inc will not be responsible for any damages occasioned from any cause whatsoever other than responsibilities arising out of being the wholesaler, nor for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car, or motorcoach arrivals, cruise cancellations or delays in departure or return, nor for loss or damage to baggage or any article belonging to the passenger occurring other than by reason of negligence on our part. Loss or damage to baggage while boarding or disembarking must be reported to either the Purser’s Office or the Norwegian Cruise Lines personnel prior to leaving the US Customs area. Passengers must file an Irregularity Report prior to leaving these areas. Norwegian Cruise Lines and Templeton Tours, Inc will not be responsible for any damage or loss which is not duly reported as stated above.
