For your added enjoyment, a full selection of nonmotorized water sports equipment is available for rent at Half Moon Cay. Items available include but are not limited to: Hobie catamarans, Sunfish sailboats, aqua cycles, windsurfers, viewing boards and floating foam mattresses. Items are based on availability and can may vary from cruise to cruise, please consult your on board Shore Excursion order form or Shore Excursion Staff for details. (Approximately 2 hours) The natural treasures of the deep are all the more enticing at Half Moon Cay, for here they are preserved in unspoiled splendor in the pristine waters of your own private island. Leave the dock at Half Moon Cay by boat, skimming over the aqua sea to a selected dive location. This shallow (12-16 feet), one-tank dive affords you the chance to explore the coral and marine life of the Caribbean. Watch for fan and elkhorn coral, as well as the brilliantly colored fish that dart among the formations. Professional dive-masters are on hand to ensure that your experience is safe and enjoyable.
Deep Sea Fishing $119
(Approximately 2 hours) The ultimate challenge lies in snagging "the big one" and bringing it in. Don't miss this opportunity to fish the bountiful waters of Half Moon Cay as you search for mahi mahi, wahoo, snapper and grouper. Relax and enjoy the sun and the crystal clear Caribbean waters as you cruise out to sea. The experienced crew will be on hand to assist you in casting your line and if you hook the big one, they will help you reel it in. Note: All equipment provided, restrooms are not available on board. Hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are highly recommended. Be advised that this tour is catch and release only.
Eco Lagoon Tour $29.50
(Approximately 1-1/4 hours) Enjoy an ecological adventure tour through Half Moon Cay discovering the history and culture of the Bahamas as well as observing the flora and fauna of this beautiful island. Boarding the glass bottom boat from the pier, you will be transported through the lagoon in the presence of a knowledgeable local guide who will point out key sights and explain some of the Bahamian history and culture. A visit to the nursery at the far end of the lagoon features a variety of stingrays, nurse sharks, lemon sharks, bonefish, conch, sea urchins, and assorted marine life. Half Moon Cay is an official sanctuary; so keep your eyes peeled for some of the different varieties of exotic birds that call the island home. Continuing through the lagoon, the boat will eventually exit into the ocean where you will be able to view some of the living reefs through the glass bottom viewer. Your final stop will be at a re-constructed Arawak Indian fishing village.
Flats Fishing $109
(Approximately 3 hours) The warm shallow waters of Half Moon Cay's exclusive interior lagoon make for excellent bone fishing territory. Join an experienced crew for the thrill of the catch and try your hand at reeling in any fish you can. Your captain will assist as needed and when you're not busy with the lines you can take advantage of your tropical surroundings and catch some sun instead. Note: All equipment will be provided. Hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended. There are no restroom facilities onboard, spinning rods are used and it is catch and release only. As you will be fishing in water up to your knees, please dress accordingly.

(Approximately 1-1/4 hours) Explore the undersea world without getting wet, as you cruise out to sea aboard a state of the art glass bottom boat. The crystal clear waters of the Caribbean provide great visibility as you cruise off the shores of your own private island paradise. This is an ideal opportunity to appreciate the unique coral formations and colorful tropical fish that abound in this unspoiled environment.
Historic Nature Walk $14
(Approximately 1-1/2 hours) Join our island Naturalist for an informative and leisurely 1 1/2-mile walk through this scenic, tropical paradise while viewing tropical palms, sea grape trees, curly tailed lizards, and banaquit birds. Enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds, as you pass through Bahamian history beginning with the islands' first visitors moving through piracy and slavery to present day tourism. Note: Tour departs from the water sports center; hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.
Tropical Kayak Adventure $35
(Approximately 1-1/2 hours) Join our island Naturalist on a relaxing but invigorating kayak adventure on Bone Fish Lagoon. The lagoon comprises over 1400 square acres of protected habitat and is home to numerous species of flora ranging from red mangroves to the ornamental silver buttonwood tree. Watch for seabirds while your naturalist guide fills you in on the history of the island's earliest and only inhabitants. Note: Tour meets at the water sports center. Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen recommended.

Important Conditions
PLEASE read the following information before ordering any of the following tours. These conditions are binding when you purchase any excursion or tour through Carnival.
Shore Excursion/Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee. Tours canceled within 24 hours of port arrival are nonrefundable. Guests who leave during a tour, which includes transportation, must return to the ship at their own cost. Some tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. If this minimum is not met, tours may be canceled, and payments refunded.
Responsibility: Carnival is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or claims whatsoever arising from, connected with, or related to any activities engaged in by guests while off Carnival's vessels or tenders in any port of call, including shore excursions/tours, whether the tickets for the excursions are sold on board the vessel or ashore by third parties. Guests engage in all such activities off the vessel at their own risk.
All shore excursions/tours, including any related transportation, are operated by independent contractors and Carnival neither supervises nor controls their actions, nor makes any representation either express or implied as to their suitability. Carnival sells tickets for all excursions/tours as a convenience to guests only. Shore tour/excursion operators, transportation providers, and their employees are neither agents nor employees of Carnival, notwithstanding their use of any signage or clothing which may contain the "Carnival" or other related trade names or logos. It is understood and agreed that Carnival assumes no responsibility for, nor guarantees performance of and in no event shall be liable for, any loss, damage, injury, or death in connection with said tours/excursions or transportation. Other Conditions
All excursions/tours are subject to change without notice; descriptions, itineraries, locations, and prices may be altered and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Descriptions and tour lengths are all based on approximate times and predetermined points of interest. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at the tour/excursion operator's sole discretion. Children's rates are applicable when noted; children are considered to be between the ages of 4 to 12 years.
Tours/Excursions & Activities Not Sold by Carnival: Carnival recommends that guests not engage in excursions, tours, or activities not sold by Carnival as Carnival has no familiarity whatsoever with these services or their operations.
Weather: Sometimes the weather does not realize that our guests are on vacation and subsequently forgets to cooperate. It should be noted that excursions operate rain or shine. At times, tour operators will cancel particular excursions due to weather-related safety considerations. In this instance, refunds will be made for guests holding tickets on a canceled tour, and all efforts will be made to accommodate guests on an alternate tour.

Q. May I take more than one tour in each port of call?
A. Yes. Make sure that you allow at the very least 30-45 minutes between each tour. All tours depart from and return to the pier, therefore 30-45 minutes between tours should be sufficient.Q. Will I miss the ship if I go on tour?
A. One of the major advantages of taking a tour organized by Carnival is that we closely monitor the departures and returns of all our tours. Therefore, we can assure you that even if there are unexpected delays on a tour, your ship will be there when you return. Please be aware, that if you make your own arrangements, or leave an organized tour, you will be on your own and it will be up to you to make sure you return to your ship on time.Q. Can I cancel an excursion that I have already purchased?
A. All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee as transportation and services have already been arranged prior to arrival in port. Guests who leave during a tour, for which transportation is included, will be responsible for their own transportation back to the ship.Q. Is it possible to go shopping and participate in a tour while in port?
A. Yes. Many of our tours are only a few hours in duration, therefore leaving you with plenty of time before or after to go shopping or even participate in an additional tour.Q. Will I need to bring money with me while on a tour?
A. All essentials are included in the price of your tour tickets, and, when noted, snacks, drinks, or even meals are sometimes included. Be advised that some tours do stop in areas where you are able to purchase souvenirs, food, and various other refreshments; however, these items will be at your own expense.Q. I am traveling with friends and family. We would like to be on the same bus, is this possible?
A. Of course. Simply make sure that you all arrive at the designated meeting place together. This will allow the staff to allocate space for all of you.
