General Conditions

Deposit Requirements: A deposit of $300.00 per person is required to make a reservation and can be made by personal check, money order, or credit card (Visa/MC/Discover). Deposits are accepted on a "ἀrst come" basis and availability is limited. The ἀnal balance is due by April 27, 2018 by personal check or money order. Reservations made after May 18, 2018 will require full payment at the time of booking. Partial payments made by credit card will be subject to a convenience fee.

Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellation requests must be addressed to Templeton Tours in writing. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: • $95 per person administrative fee when canceled more than 100 days before sailing. • 50% of cruise fare when canceled 100-66 days of sailing. • No refund for no–shows or when canceled within 65 days of sailing.Airline ticket cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy of the speciἀc airline. In most cases tickets are non–refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Identification: All U.S. passengers are required to present proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport, or a certiἀed birth certiἀcate along with a valid government issued photo ID such as a driver's license. Canadian citizens must have a valid passport. For more information, or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov. Passengers denied boarding are not eligible for a refund. All non-U.S. Citizens should contact their respective embassies or U.S. & Canadian Immigrations for applicable regulations. Children under 18 years of age traveling without both parents must bring a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent(s), giving permission for them to leave the country with a speciἀed adult guardian.

Embarkation: The Emerald Princess sails from Seattle, WA at 4:00PM on Sunday, August 5, 2018. Embarkation begins at 11:00AM. You must be on board no later than 2 hours before sailing.

Disembarkation:The Emerald Princess returns to Seattle, WA at 8:00AM on Suday, August 12, 2018. Allow 1-2 hours for disembarkation, customs and immigration formalities.

Fare Inclusive: Your cruise rate includes ocean transportation, accommodations, entertainment, service and meals, using the ship as your hotel.

Not Included: Air transportation to Seattle, port charges, taxes, fees, gratuities, optional shore excursions, or items purchased on board. (Taxes, Fees, & Port Charges $215 pp)

Gratuities & Fuel Surcharges: All passengers will be charged gratuities regardless of age. Gratuities for your cabin steward, waiter, busboy, and Maitre d' ($94.50, $105.00 for suites) will be added to your statement from Templeton Tours. TTI reserves the right to pass along any fuel surcharges imposed by the cruise line.

Accommodations: Prices are based on two full-paying passengers per cabin. Single cabins are available at 200% of the category price. Third and Fourth passengers in a cabin pay $1295 per person.

Baggage Allowance: 2 medium suitcases, 1 carry-on bag per person.

Disabilities: Princess Cruise Line recommends that guests with disabilities complete a Special Requirements Information (SRI) form at the time of booking in order to prepare for the guests' arrival. Guests who are unable to care for their basic needs (e.g. dressing, eating, and attending safety drills) MUST have a capable traveling companion. Call Templeton Tours to request an SRI Form. PCL will not accept reservations for infants less than 6 months of age on the date of sailing, or women who have begun their 24th week of pregnancy at any time before or during the cruise. Please notify us if you are pregnant.

Passage Contract: The attention of the passengers is specifically directed to the conditions of transportation set forth in the passage contract of the ticket of PCL General Sales Agents and Operators. PCL reserves the right to alter the itinerary or substitute vessels if deemed necessary.

Responsibility: Princess Cruise Line and Templeton Tours Inc. (TTI) expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising out of the acts or negligence of any air carrier, hotel, or any other person rendering any of the services offered in addition to the ship's cruise and sPCLl not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car or motorcoach arrivals nor for loss or damage to baggage, automobiles or other property of the passenger occurring off the vessel. PCL and TTI will not be responsible for any damages occasioned from any cause whatsoever other than responsibilities arising out of being the wholesaler, nor for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car, or motorcoach arrivals, cruise cancellations or delays in departure or return, nor for loss or damage to baggage or any article belonging to the passenger occurring other than by reason of negligence on our part. Loss or damage to baggage while boarding or disembarking must be reported to either the Purser's Office or the PCL personnel prior to leaving the U.S. Customs area. PCL and TTI will not be responsible for any damage or loss which is not duly reported as stated above.
