General Conditions

Deposit Requirements: A deposit of $300.00 (in U.S. funds) is required to secure accommodations. An additional payment of $500 per person is due May 14, 2009. The balance is due August 14, 2009. Personal Checks and money orders are accepted. Credit card payments will only be accepted for the full price of the cruise fare at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds: If a passenger cancels his or her reservation there will be a cancellation fee of ninety-five dollars ($95) per person to cover administrative and communication costs up until 60 days before departure. For cancellations within 59-30 days before departure the cancellation fee will be twenty-five percent (25%) of the tour price. Cancellations 29-15 days before departure will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the tour price. There will be no refund for cancellations within 14 days before departure, no-shows or partially completed tours. All cancellation requests must be addressed to Templeton Tours in writing. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Identification: All passengers must present a valid Passport. Aliens who are permanent residents must have their Alien Registration Card and Passport. All non-U.S. Citizens should contact their respective embassies for applicable regulations. Children under 18 years of age traveling without both parents must bring a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent(s), giving permission for them to leave the country with a specified adult guardian.

Embarkation: The Ocean Majesty sails from the port of Piraeus, Greece on Saturday, October 17, 2009 at approximately 2:00pm.

Disembarkation: The Ocean Majesty returns to Piraeus, Greece at 4:00AM on Saturday, October 24, 2009.

Fare Inclusive: Air transportation from New York, NY. Two nights hotel accommodations. Seven nights on board the Ocean Majesty. All meals on board ship; All meals while overnighting in Athens, and meals customarily served on overseas flights. Sightseeing at all ports of call. Gratuities for the guide, driver, hotel porter and all services which are included in the cruise price. Port taxes, airport taxes and transfers are also included. Fares shown are quoted in U.S. Dollars and include a shared stateroom aboard the Ocean Majesty and shared hotel accommodations in Athens. Prices include a fuel surcharge as of September 2008 and are subject to change.

Not Included: Airfare from your home city to the gateway city. Items of a personal nature, such as laundry, souvenirs, beverages (not part of the menu), massage, and hairstyling.

Accommodations: Prices are based on two full-paying passengers per cabin. Single cabins are available at an additional supplement of 150% of the tour price. Third and Fourth adults or children in a cabin with two full-paying adult passengers pay $3,795 each.

Baggage: Passengers are allowed two checked bags per person plus one carry-on bag. Under no circumstances may dangerous articles such as firearms, explosives, oxygen, or combustible substances be contained in any baggage. Medications, valuables, Passports, and a change of clothing should be packed in your carry-on bag.

Baggage Liability: Liability for damage, pilferage, or loss of personal baggage and valuables is strictly in accordance with the terms of the passenger contract ticket. Liability for loss or damage to baggage in connection with air, motorcoach, hotel and ground transfers shall be the responsibility of the provider of such services and in accordance with applicable limitations. Passengers are advised to insure all baggage prior to leaving their residences.

Disabilities: Persons requiring oxygen or oxygen therapy will not be permitted on the cruise/tour. For reasons of passenger safety and well-being, persons with impaired mobility, vision or mental capacity must be accompanied by, and share the cabin with, an adult who is not impaired. Majestic International Cruises reserves the right to refuse passage to anyone who is in such physical or mental condition as to be unfit for travel or who may require care and attention beyond that which the cruise line can provide. Most shore excursions require substantial walking and are not accessible by wheelchair. Many ports of call require tenders to go ashore and physical conditions may preclude a wheelchair passenger from leaving the vessel. Wheelchair passengers must provide their own wheelchairs.

Passage Contract: The attention of the passengers is specifically directed to the conditions of transportation set forth in the passage contract of the ticket of Majestic International Cruises Inc. Majestic International Cruises Inc. reserves the right to alter the itinerary or substitute vessels if deemed necessary.

Air Routings: Templeton Tours reserves the right to choose the air carrier, routing and departure time for each passenger. Airfares used are based on contracted group fares and are highly restrictive. Flight schedules cannot be changed once tickets have been issued. Group fares do not permit deviations; passengers who wish to deviate may arrange their own airfare. An airline credit of $895 will be given to those passengers who arrange their own airfare. Passengers planning to arrange their own airfare must notify TTI in writing on or before June 15, 2009 to receive the airfare credit. Prices listed for add-on fares from gateway cities are valid until June 15, 2009, at which time fares are subject to change. Seat numbers will be assigned by the airline at check-in; specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Passengers are responsible for providing frequent flyer information upon check-in. Passengers who cancel the cruise after airline tickets have been issued will be subject to cancellation fees imposed by the airlines.

Registry: The Ocean Majesty is a ship of Portuguese registry.

Responsibility: The transportation of passengers and their baggage is provided by Majestic International Cruises Inc. and is governed by the terms and conditions printed on the Passenger Ticket Contract. Responsibility for Majestic International Cruises Inc. does not extend beyond the vessel. Templeton Tours and Majestic International Cruises Inc. expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising out of the acts or negligence of any air carrier, hotel, or any other person rendering any of the services offered in addition to the ship’s cruise and shall not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car or motorcoach arrivals nor for loss or damage to baggage or other property of the passenger occurring off the vessel. Loss or damage to baggage must be reported to the responsible airline, land carrier or ship personnel prior to leaving their area of responsibility. All claims must be made in writing to the appropriate carrier. Majestic International Cruises Inc. and Templeton Tours will not be responsible for any damage or loss which is not duly reported.
